The role must align with the strategy and overall needs of the company and its Vision.

Hiring the right person for the role, the culture, and the team are keys to the success of the person and the company.  

INSPIRE

Each person is unique and it requires insight to manage and lead the varying needs of each.  Leading a person or a team requires that same insight so that you can inspire action.
